Più l’altro sta bene, più sto bene io. Più tu esisti, più esisto io. Più siamo esseri umani, più l’Artista esiste. E’ necessario rifiutare il Mors Tua Vita Mea.
La ricerca di A. Ancillai verte sulle caratteristiche che contraddistinguono l’essere umano come tale. Usa mezzi diversi (colori, luce Led, fili, fusioni di bronzo, marmo, ferro, ecc.) e diversi linguaggi (poesia, pittura, videoarte e installazione) per far emergere l’immagine pittorica da elementi non pittorici e riflettere sui concetti di spazio, tempo e movimento interno umano nell’arte.

The more the other is fine, the more I am fine as well. The more you exist, the more I exist. The more we are human beings, the more the Artist exists. It is necessary to refuse the Mors Tua Vita Mea.
A. Ancillai’s research is focused on human species specific characteristics. He uses different media (colors, led light, threads, bronze fusion, marble, iron, etc.) and different languages (poetry, painting, videoart and installation) to let the pictorical image rise from non-pictorical elements and to focus on concept of space, time and inner human movement in art.
